Terms and Conditions

JSRV Limited – Campervan Sale

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to the sale of campervans by JSRV Limited (“the Company”) to the Customer (“the Buyer”). By purchasing a campervan from JSRV Limited, the Buyer agrees to the following:

1. Vehicle and Campervan Fit-Out

1.1. The campervan is sold as a complete unit, including the base vehicle and the joinery/fit-out installed by JSRV Limited.

1.2. Standard vehicle warranties, if any, are provided directly by the vehicle manufacturer or dealer and are subject to their own terms.

2. Warranty

2.1. JSRV Limited provides a 12-months warranty on the joinery and interior fit-out of the campervan, covering defects in workmanship and materials under normal use.

2.2. This warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear from regular use;
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications made after delivery;
  • Appliances or equipment supplied by third parties (which remain subject to their own manufacturer warranties).

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1. JSRV Limited shall not be held liable for:

  • Damage to the vehicle or its components caused by negligent or improper use;
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the campervan;
  • Costs associated with accidents, misuse, or failure to maintain the vehicle in accordance with recommended practices.

3.2. The Buyer accepts full responsibility for safe operation, maintenance, and storage of the campervan after delivery.

4. Delivery and Acceptance

4.1. The Buyer agrees to inspect the campervan upon collection or delivery. Acceptance of the campervan confirms that it meets the agreed specifications.

4.2. Any concerns or defects must be reported to JSRV Limited within 7 days of delivery.

5. Governing Law

5.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand.

5.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law.

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the full understanding between JSRV Limited and the Buyer and overrides any prior discussions or representations.
